The Inner Sanctuary Room was created as a result of a family’s desire and intention to create a space where people could heal on a mental, emotional, physical and spiritual level.  The room is tranquil, yet uplifting, which creates an environment ideal for self improvement classes such as yoga, meditation, dream journal class, and other inspirational classes.  In service to our community, Kelly, daughter and Director of Spiritual Programs, believes that, “By bringing in yoga and other self improvement classes into the Bella Tosca Day Spa it will enable people to access the greater part of themselves which in return heals the whole of humanity through the circular web of life.”
